If you can do nine now, as long as you stick to a regular regimen, like nine in the morning followed by nine at night for 1 or two weeks, you should hopefully be able to do 10 or more after the second week. Then just repeat that process. You may not be able to do more than nine now because your body may not be used to it. Give it some time, andyoushouldsee results
