Best Walking Workout to Boost Your Energy Levels

“Walking is considered one of the best cardio workouts. It is a great way of improving your fitness and overall health. If you walk for 30 minutes daily you can improve your cardiovascular health, and can enhance your muscular power and strength.

The good thing about walking is that you can do it easily as it’s a low-impact workout, without the use of equipment. It is the best physical workout for people who are obese, who are aged, or who have not practiced any workout for long.

To boost up your energy level we have to depend upon various energy booster drinks, to charge up our batteries especially in the morning we find various means which can help us in getting energetic through our entire day. So you can modify your lifestyle with healthy eating habits and exercise. Also through workout energy promoting changes take place in your body. One change is the improved activity of mitochondria(they generate ATP that utilizes the energy during the oxidation of the food which we eat) and increased circulation of blood.

It’s obvious that when the circulation of blood improves in your body there will be better circulation of oxygenated blood as well.

Walk on the treadmill.

The treadmill is the best equipment to walk on if you don’t want to go out when the weather is not appropriate or due to some other reason. Take a start at the speed at which you feel comfortable. Also, make sure before you hop up on the treadmill, your posture should be accurate. Keep your abdominal straight and maintain a neutral spine.

With the treadmill, you can build muscles, also you can burn 700 to 100 calories per hour. You can also make the intensity more, so it’s obvious the more intense your workout will be, the more calories you can burn.

Burning belly fats with a brisk walk.

One of the most effective ways of burning belly fat is through aerobic exercise. A regular brisk walk is the best way of burning calories. In one of the studies, it has been revealed that if obese women walk for 50 to 70 minutes three times a week, they can definitely reduce their belly fat tremendously. So running or walking at a quick pace is the easiest method for shredding your extra kilos.

Power walking.

Power walking means walking at the fastest speed. If you reach at 3mph to 5 mph it is considered a power walk. But some athletes reach speeds of 7 to 10 mph also.

Put your hands upon your hips, and with the help of your right leg step forward, make sure to put the weight upon your heel.  Now start bending down your right knee so that it is parallel to the floor making the lunge position.

Fast feet curb workout.

Find the edge or curb on the road, and start hitting the curb with the help of your foot for 30 seconds. Also, move your arms in a forward position during tap so that you can exert more pressure on your body. The best time to perform this workout is in the morning.
